Fine weather

It's warm and sunny this morning. A perfect day to swim a few laps in the pool to chill a bit. Instead, hubby is now happily participating in the AGM held by the residential management. What are some of the agendas? Management fees, parking issues, building new facilities, blah blah... I've not much interest in these issues. So here I am back to our home, rest a bit and head downstairs again to rejoin the AGM hoping that the buffet lunch is ready by then! :)
